my mom started me out with carrots, radishes and strawberries. that was many years ago and i still love digging in the dirt.

My mom used to make me get up early in the morning during the summer to weed the garden. I hated every minuet of it! I got smart. Now I have a square foot garden. I've pulled a hand full of weeds all summer, but I wouldn't trade a minuet of pulling weeds with momma. Your grand childern will always remember that time with you.
