A friend from Taiwan brought me seeds of a favorite Chinese Long Bean from her mother's garden. Here is a picture of the seeds before I planted them. Even Jack's beanstalk can't keep up with the growth of this incredibly productive... and DELICIOUS!! ... version of the same plant which became the field peas of the South. If these was dogs, the Chinese long beans would be Great Danes and Purple Hulls maybe a beagle?
