I think that is the Goldenrod spider isnt it? If it is it can turn from white to yellow and hide on flowers of those colors. It sure looks like the ones I have saw on Goldenrods. That is a really good pic :)

Nice detail. Nice and sharp. Color shows up well against the car. Very clear reflection. Can see 6 or 7 eyes...weird looking.

I really want to Thank You for the photo. A few years ago I was out in my garden watering.. I noticed this spider. I ran inside and looked it up on the web to see ALL SPIDERS IN THE U.S. Never came across one until now.. Everyone was saying are you sure? Theres not a green spider.. I kept and still do say there is but glad to see you have a picture of it.. Thats the same one I seen. Whats the name of it? I wish I had taken a picture of it. And they kind of spider is not small either. Its different though.

is it really yellow? cause in my childhood id remember a spider but it looks like its color green until now im wondering if it is realy color green..and i also want 2 say that ur pic is really amazing keep up!

thats an awsome shot, and yes i do believe these are color changing spiders. i have them in my bamboo, and flower beds. iv seen them in yelloew white and green. my cat loves to eat em

I wouldn't call this a beautiful photo, but it's certainly eyecatching. Did you use a macro lens or telephoto? And what kind of camera did you use? I would certainly rate this a 10!!

Spiders have super eye power. She must have been terrified of you! She's lucky a bird didn't snack on her, all bright-yellow flashing against a black background like that. Not at all smart of her. :)
