This appears to be a squash of some sort. I know this is not much help, I will keep a lookout for you though. Happy gardening!

Looks kinda like a grey zuchinni to me, they have a thinner skin

I have the same type plant that have grown so fast and widespread that they were taking over near bye plants, so I tried to staked them but they are not producing many fruit based upon its size. I would love to know what this plant is also
