this is my sidewalk leading to my front door. It is all slate and very fun to look at when walking along. I am trying to put plants around it and have placed some dwarf azaleas but the dogs mark some of the plants and those plants are not doing so well. I am considering relocating the azaleas and replacing them with something that will be more tolerant of the dogs. I have heard that salt tolerant plants will take the 'marking' . Any thoughts?
