I believe the plant is bryophyllum delagoense. My grandmother called it Mother of Millions. I got a start of it from a friend in Palm Bay, FL.

Thank you SharBlue your time and consideration in helping me identify this plant is greatly appreciated. It is a fitting name for this plant because the bottom half of the plant produces thousands of seeds and they seem to sprout everywhere! Again Thank you for your input. mason_1961

You're welcome Mason. If you type the botanical name into your web browser, there's a lot of info on the plant. Mine blooms every summer here in the midwest after being wintered inside.
