Unknown vine-type flower
Can anyone help to identify this flower? (In Central Florida)
The blossom cluster is roughly 3" in diameter and each flower is in the shape of a five-point star. When opened, the center star looks like WAX and the outer star looks like white fuzz. It's a vine-type but rather than the climbing-type vine, it's laterals hang with the blossoms cascading down each lateral. I'd appreciate any information.
