Beautiful kitchen. My wife and I are about do a complete kitchen remodel. We love the classic look of the Carrera marble. We have 2 grade school kids. We are thinking carrera on the center island. Do you know if the marble will "hold up" to 2 active kids.

love your kitchen! same layout as the one we are building (don't have sheetrock yet!). what type of marble is on the island? also, what type hood is that and how wide is it? i love it all! thanks for the answers!
