Given those 3 options - vote for #1. I have a 36" neo shower & it is OK, but some think it is small. I also have a 54" tub, which I never use because of its size. For your consideration, modify #3 by "flipping" the toilet and tub locations. Then, 1) move the toilet to the opposite wall behind the door (use recessed shelving beside the vanity), 2) make the 54" tub into a 54" x 36" shower. Good luck -

Definetely one, you dont want the door opening on you to the tooiet, you dont want a window in your bathtub at least i wouldnt and the first one gives you a seperate shower rea which is attractive to alot of people for resale. thats my opinion anyway.

sorry I need my contacts in, I mistook the drawing as a tub and shower, let me reword my answer, Get rid of the neoangle shower in favor of a larger tub shower alternative. Putting it lengthwise should work. Place the toliet and a smaller vanity in place would help too... use an 18 in to 24 vanity.. I have this situation in my master bedroom bath.. seventys style neoangle that we are rippping out now.. you want more room.. even a walk through shower is better, you could easily do that as well.

I agree with catherineri comment. Use the layout of #1 with a 54 X 36" shower. You can use the vanity for storage & could also run upper cabinets from the floor up (stack(2) 40" cabinets) on the wall opposite the toilet.
