I see the clerestory windows and like that they open for ventilation. I see the stepping feature of the roofline. We had thought to raise the entire wall height to at least 9 feet all around. Maybe have a slight pitch to the roof down toward the south, up toward the north to allow for installing a living roof, or green roof if we have no chance for gables.
