This picture shows the Gas Range on the wall that is opposite from the 13 foot long, row of Steel Cabinets with the Stainless Steel counter-top & double sinks and the window above. There are no Cabinets or hood, above this Range on this wall - perhaps the previous owners were thinking about opening up part of this wall that looks out into the large Dining Room and to the view of the woods across the street! A great idea, we think but we are not ready to tackle that right now and an architect or engineer will have to tell us how much of this wall, may be taken down! Have you dealt with opening up part of a wall ? Any Ideas are gratefully accepted, Thank you all! Rose
